Care Associate

Caregiver responsibilities include providing compassionate, personalized care for residents in our community. Activities include bathing, grooming, assisting with dining, wheelchair and walking escorts, toileting and light incontinence care, helping with morning and bedtime routines, and light room upkeep. Performs medication assistance/personal care, documents records, communicates changes to Wellness Leader and families, attends meetings, and adheres to 1440 care standards. Must read/write/speak fluent English, stand for long periods, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Flexible to cover shifts; maintains safety procedures and company policies, and works with residents, families, and teammates to ensure needs are met.
