Job Summary
Provide assistance with activities of daily living including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services. Document daily logs of assistance and inform supervisors of resident issues or concerns. Offer emotional and social support while respecting residents' independence, dignity, and confidentiality. Follow the schedule of resident needs set out by your supervisor. Maintain a positive demeanor toward residents and co-workers while working as part of a team. You must have at least one year of senior care experience, acceptable English proficiency, and may need a CNA or CHHA license depending on the state. Basic computer skills are required.
