Job Summary
Conduct home help tasks including tidying, laundry, meal preparation, and personal care support such as showering and grooming. Provide medication assistance by prompting and administering doses. Facilitate daily companionship through social interactions, board games, outings, and accompanying clients to appointments. Ensure minimum one-hour visits with continuity by visiting the same clients to build relationships. Maintain a driving license with vehicle access for travel to client locations. Complete enhanced criminal record checks as part of the safeguarding process.
