Job Summary
Care Assistant providing in-home support to a client with complex needs (stroke, reduced mobility) on waking nights. Responsibilities include moving & handling, medication administration, personal care, and delivering nurse-led, person-centred care within the client’s home. Partnership with the client’s Operations Manager and Registered Nurse, with opportunities for ongoing training and career development. 36 hours per week across Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights in Telford, United Kingdom. Qualifications include desirable Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in health care; candidates must have existing UK work authorisation.
