Job Summary
Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, and mobility for residents. Support eating and drinking by assisting with meals. Complete daily care plans to track individual needs. Provide a warm, friendly, and safe environment while establishing a person-centred approach to care. Build team cohesion by encouraging training and self-development for all staff. This role offers £13.32 per hour with ESAS salary advances, an Employee Assistance Programme, and long-term service awards at Kingfisher House Care Home.
