Job Summary
Care Assistants at Home Instead provide non-medical care and companionship to older clients. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities such as helping clients out of bed, meal preparation, medication management, and ensuring client comfort and safety. Required skills include excellent communication, reliability, and physical stamina. Applicants must have a genuine passion for care, basic literacy and numeracy skills, and a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle. Required Qualifications

- Physical stamina to assist with mobility and personal care tasks

- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for accurate record-keeping
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not required
