Job Summary
As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care that supports residents' independence. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities such as companionship and personal care, observing and documenting changes in residents' behavior, supporting their nutrition and hydration needs, and maintaining accurate care plans. Key skills include motivation, positivity, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in a care home is desirable.
