Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant at Hutton Village Care Home, you’ll be at the heart of delivering person-centred care to residents, supporting independence and honouring choice. You’ll help with a wide range of tasks from companionship to personal care, observe and report changes in residents’ behavior, support nutrition and hydration according to care plans, and provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities. You’ll maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements, work as part of a team, and communicate effectively. This perm contract role offers 33 hours per week with 12-hour shifts (8am–8pm) and alternate weekends. Benefits include wellbeing programs, holiday allowance, pension plans, travel support, and more.
