Job Summary
Provide safe, respectful personal care to clients in their own homes, supporting daily living tasks like washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance. Assist with medication administration where trained, prepare mealtimes, and help clients maintain independence and social inclusion. Observe and record changes in client wellbeing while following health and safety, infection control, and safeguarding protocols. Work collaboratively with care teams, relatives, and healthcare professionals to deliver joined-up care. Full training and induction provided for those without prior experience.
Required Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check

- Previous experience in a care role
- Compassionate, reliable and person-centred approach to care
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and complete accurate records
- Willingness to undertake training and gain relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE/NVQ/Adult Care Level 2 or 3)
- Able to travel to client homes
- A driving licence
- Access to a vehicle
