Care Assistant – Evenings & Flexible Hours

Evening Care Assistant role in Fareham offering flexible part-time hours to fit around personal commitments. You will visit clients in their own homes during the evenings (5:00pm–10:00pm) with flexible scheduling to accommodate availability, including some weekend shifts. Responsibilities include helping clients prepare dinner, assisting with medication, and ensuring they feel safe and independent at home. The role emphasizes building meaningful, ongoing relationships with clients, rather than rushed visits. Full training is provided; NVQ qualifications supported; you will receive paid mileage and holiday pay. No care experience is required, as training will be provided, and there are progression opportunities within Right at Home Solent. An enhanced DBS check is part of the application process.
