Job Summary
Provide warm, person-centred care for residents by supporting them with washing, dressing, mealtimes, and mobility. Offer companionship and encourage participation in social activities while helping to create a safe, clean, and homely environment. Work closely with colleagues to ensure residents' well-being remains the top priority. This 36-hour per week role involves days, nights, or bank hours at an award-winning care home in Stoke on Trent, offering paid induction, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 Months experience working as a carer for older people
