Job Summary
Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming while assisting with medication preparation and mobility. Support clients with meal preparation and light domestic duties such as laundry and cleaning. Offer companionship, encourage social engagement, and monitor health changes to report to healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate documentation and respond to emergencies safely. Work collaboratively with families and the care team across Basildon, Harlow, and surrounding communities. Requires a full UK driving licence, own vehicle, and right to work in the UK.
