Job Summary
Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming; assist with medication preparation and administration; support mobility and mealtime needs; perform light domestic duties such as laundry and cleaning; and offer companionship to vulnerable adults. Monitor health changes, report updates to healthcare professionals, maintain accurate care documentation, and respond to emergencies safely. Collaborate with families and the wider care team while encouraging social engagement. This role requires a full UK driving licence, access to a reliable vehicle, and right to work in the UK. Flexible shift patterns are available across Basildon, Harlow, and surrounding communities.
