Job Summary
Care Assistant supporting a client with an acquired brain injury at the client’s home. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, medication management, and PEG-feeding support, as well as helping with exercises and accompanying the client to activities. The role operates on day and weekend shifts (08:00–17:00; 08:00–14:00 and 17:00–21:00) in Cardiff, with in-person work expected. Required Qualifications
- Experience in care or complex care would be beneficial but not essential
