Job Summary
Provide companionship, manage personal hygiene, collect prescriptions, prepare meals, and assist with mobility for clients in Welton, Cherry Willingham, Dunholme, Scothern, Sudbrooke, and Nettleham. Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure all tasks are completed with dignity and understanding. Work shifts run from 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 10pm, with every other weekend on a rota basis. Required Qualifications
- Proficient in effective communication across all levels
- Demonstrates a sincere interest in working with our specific client group
- Successfully passed DBS screening
- Patience, compassion & a positive attitude at all times
- Demonstrate eagerness to engage in vocational training programs, continually enhancing skills and knowledge
- Display initiative and autonomy
- Must be available for every other weekend on a rota basis
