Job Summary
Care Assistant for a Complex Care client living at home in Bridgend. You will support with day-to-day activities and all aspects of personal care, including monitoring a tracheostomy and ventilation. No previous care experience is required as full nurse-led training and induction are provided. The role emphasizes compassion, resilience, and a people-first approach, with opportunities for career growth within CCH and possible national relocation. Shifts are nights (19:00–07:00) with in-person work at the client’s home; DBS check is paid for, and enhanced leave is highlighted as part of benefits.
