Job Summary
Care Assistant role providing in-home support in Potters Bar and surrounding areas. You will follow individual care plans to assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, incontinence), medication reminders, mealtimes, housekeeping, shopping, mobility support, and companionship to help clients live safely and independently at home. The role includes weekend coverage across shifts (early, late), mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for training and progression within the UK’s largest care company.
