Job Summary
Care Assistant in Total Community Care (TCC) within the CCH group, supporting an individual in their home with complex care needs. Responsibilities include personal care, bowel and bladder management, physiotherapy support, driving the client to appointments, meal preparation and feeding assistance, light domestic tasks, and regular equipment safety checks. Requires compassionate, reliable, proactive approach with excellent communication and teamwork skills. Required Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Experience with PEG feeding, bowel management, and moving and handling is essential
