Job Summary
Care Assistant for Complex Care in a home setting (Smethwick/Birmingham). Role involves working with a young girl with Rett Syndrome, providing complex care with full training and clinical support. Tasks include PEG feeding, suctioning, medication administration, moving and handling, and care for tracheotomy/ventilation and stoma-related needs, while caring for a home environment that includes animals. Shift pattern: Waking Nights 22:00-08:00 (2/3 shifts weekly). DBS check provided, full induction/training, and opportunities for career progression within CCH. Location-based note: in-person care in Birmingham area with remote none.
