Care Assistant

Provide essential care and support in client homes by assisting with personal care, medication administration, mobility, and meal preparation. Perform light domestic duties including laundry and cleaning while offering companionship, emotional support, and social inclusion activities. Monitor health changes, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with colleagues and families to ensure safe environments. This role requires a valid driving licence for travel across North Hertfordshire communities and involves flexible day, evening, and sleep-in shifts. Full training is provided, and the organization offers fully funded NVQs and a dedicated mentorship program.
