Care Assistant

Support people to stay independent in their own homes by providing personal care with dignity and respect, offering companionship and reassurance, and assisting with medication, mobility, and mealtimes. The role is based in Belfast with local travel (mileage paid) and flexible shifts including full-time, part-time, evenings, and weekends. Driver with full UK licence and own vehicle required. Full training and induction provided; there are clear progression opportunities into senior and leadership roles. No experience needed, but caring, reliable, and eager to learn are valued.
