Job Summary
Complex Care Assistant to support a client with multiple complex care needs in a home-based setting. Role includes assisting with daily activities, medication administration and catheter care where applicable, with nurse-led training provided. Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required. Welsh language ability is a bonus. Shifts include day and night rotations, weekends, and potential travel to local areas; DBS check is provided/covered by the employer. Training, induction, and clear career progression within CCH are offered, with opportunities for relocation within the group.
Required Qualifications

- No prior care experience required (training provided)
