Job Summary
Care Assistant needed in Winchester to support a lady with a spinal cord injury who uses a wheelchair full-time. Role involves assisting with daily routines, travel, activities and days out, with a focus on enabling the client to live life to the fullest. No previous care experience or qualifications required as full training will be provided, including shadow shifts and ongoing support from an experienced team. The position offers flexible shifts (including 24-hour blocks) with a staff-empowering rota and a values-driven culture within Total Community Care (CCH). DBS paid for, training and progression opportunities available, and relocation within CCH possible. Ideal for reliable, flexible individuals who enjoy variety and making a positive difference.
