Care Assistant

Care Assistant needed to support service users in their own homes across London. Responsibilities include following individual care plans, assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting), managing incontinence, supporting with medication, helping with mobility, meal preparation and nutrition, light housekeeping, companionship, documenting care provided, and collaborating with other care team members to ensure safe, person-centered care. Candidates should demonstrate compassion, strong communication, problem-solving, resilience, and a commitment to respectful, dignified care for clients.
