Job Summary
Care Assistant needed to join Advantage Healthcare's Complex Care team in Brighton, delivering care to a 2-month-old baby with an acquired brain injury in line with the care plan, including medication administration, suctioning, and gastrostomy care. Role supported by an on-site registered nurse, with regular supervision and team meetings. Training and paid induction available; DBS check provided at no cost. Shifts are Friday and Saturday nights; part-time hours with opportunities for career progression into senior and leadership roles. Location: Brighton/Southwick, England. Responsibilities include providing pediatric complex care, administering medications, performing suctioning, PEG feeding, and following the prescribed care plan; working with the care team to ensure safe, compassionate care for the client. Requirements note experience in complex care and pediatric settings is advantageous; full training provided.
