Job Summary
Care Assistant role in Winchester providing complex care support to a Lady with a spinal cord injury. Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, enabling travel and activities, moving & handling, catheter and stoma care, medication administration, C-PAP ventilation knowledge, and maintaining patient comfort and safety. No formal qualifications required; full training and paid induction provided. Flexible, team-based environment with rota planning, meal breaks, downtime, and opportunities for career progression within Total Community Care (CCH).
