Care Assistant

Provide overnight support for a lady with complex care needs in her family home, delivering personal care, food preparation, medication administration, and assistance with social activities and appointments. Ensure the client's comfort, safety, and wellbeing throughout the night with calm, respectful, and attentive care. While previous complex care experience is not essential, knowledge of PEG feeding, ventilation support, catheter care, bowel management, moving and handling equipment, and challenging behaviour is advantageous. This role offers full training, paid induction, and a free DBS check, with opportunities for career progression into senior leadership roles.
