Job Summary
Conduct daily care support at Maidstone Complex SCP in Charing, administering medication and managing manual evacuations where experienced. Provide personal care and assistance to residents while maintaining a safe environment. Hold a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as a driver is required for this role. Complete a paid induction and DBS check, with opportunities for internal promotion into senior leadership positions. This role offers 12-hour shifts including days and nights, with a competitive pay rate of £14 to £15 per hour.
