Support a client with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and non-invasive ventilation needs in their family home, assisting with daily life while respecting their interests in gaming and 3D printing. Provide compassionate care for individuals with complex needs, utilizing full nurse-led training to build resilience and communication skills. No prior care experience is required, though experience with complex conditions is advantageous. Shifts include mornings, afternoons, and nights in Wrexham, with full DBS checks and paid induction provided.
