Care Assistant

Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming while maintaining dignity. Assist with medication preparation and administration, support mobility using aids safely, and prepare meals or offer mealtime assistance. Perform light domestic duties such as laundry and cleaning, and encourage social engagement with service users and their families. Monitor health changes, report updates to healthcare professionals, and maintain accurate care documentation. Respond to emergencies safely and collaborate with the wider care team. This role requires a full driving licence, vehicle access, and the right to work in the UK. Full paid training is provided for those without prior social care experience.
