Job Summary
Provide essential care and support in clients' homes by assisting with personal care, medication administration, mobility, and meal preparation. Carry out light domestic duties including laundry and cleaning while offering companionship and building meaningful relationships. Monitor health changes, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure safe environments through emergency response and collaboration with families and professionals. Work flexible shifts across North Hertfordshire communities, requiring a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle. Full paid training is provided for those with no prior social care experience.
