Care Assistant

Provide personal care, assist with medication, support mobility, and prepare meals for service users in Tring, Long Marston, and Gubblecote. Carry out light domestic duties including laundry and cleaning while offering companionship and encouraging social engagement. Monitor client health, report changes to professionals, maintain accurate documentation, and respond to emergencies safely. Collaborate with families and the wider care team to support independence in the home. Requires a full driving licence, access to a vehicle, and UK right to work. Full paid training provided for those without prior social care experience.
