Care Assistant

Provide ongoing clinical and personal care support for a client with complex health needs, including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and learning difficulties, in their family home. Deliver manual handling, medication administration via JEJ, chest physiotherapy support, seizure management, oral suctioning, and hygiene assistance. Attend hydrotherapy once weekly while building a meaningful connection with a non-verbal client who communicates through smiles and vocal sounds. This 2:1 care package role involves days and nights shifts from 8 am to 8 pm, with a driver required due to location. CCH offers full training, a paid induction, and covers the cost of a DBS check for this position in Denbigh.
