Care Assistant

Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming with dignity. Assist with medication preparation and administration, support mobility using aids, and prepare meals or snacks. Perform light domestic duties such as laundry and cleaning, while offering companionship and encouraging social engagement. Monitor client health, report changes to professionals, maintain accurate documentation, and respond to emergencies safely. Collaborate with families and the wider care team to support service users staying independent in their homes. Requires a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel between clients in the Tring community. Full paid training provided for those without prior social care experience.
