Care Assistant

Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming while assisting with medication preparation and administration. Support mobility using aids and equipment safely, prepare meals and snacks, and carry out light domestic duties such as laundry and cleaning. Offer companionship, encourage social engagement, monitor client health, and maintain accurate documentation. Respond to emergencies safely and work collaboratively with families and the care team. Requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel between clients in Basildon, Thurrock, and surrounding areas. Day and evening shifts available seven days a week with guaranteed hours and paid mileage.
