Care Assistant

Provide essential care and support in client homes following personalised care plans, including assisting with personal care, medication administration, mobility, and meal preparation. Carry out light domestic duties such as laundry and cleaning while offering companionship, emotional support, and documentation. Monitor health changes and respond to safety emergencies, collaborating closely with colleagues, professionals, and families. This role requires a valid driving licence, access to a vehicle, and the right to work in the UK. Full, paid training is provided for those without prior experience.
