Job Summary
Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care, including nutrition and hydration needs. Observe and manage residents' behaviour with care, documenting and reporting any changes in accordance with required legislation. Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements while providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities. Work as part of a team dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care at Heathbrook House Care Home.
