Job Summary
Care and Education Support Worker provides personal care and learning support to young adults with disabilities (16-25) at National Star College in Worcester, facilitating therapeutic, social and educational activities to help students learn, develop and flourish. The role requires enthusiasm, professionalism and resilience, with a self-starter approach and the ability to adapt to change. On-site, term-time work from 8.30am to 4.30pm (with one evening per week for a team meeting); 41 hours per week across 39 weeks per year. Offers excellent training and development opportunities to progress a long-term career with the organization. Must have experience of working with people with learning and/or physical disabilities in education or care roles. Location: Worcester, England (on-site).
