Job Summary

Develop and implement strength-based behavioral support plans while conducting client screenings and follow-up case management. Coach staff in trauma-sensitive care and lead recreational, educational, and psycho-educational groups including Aggression Replacement Training. Provide crisis counseling, advocacy, and guidance to youth facing trauma, delinquency, and dual diagnosis. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with supervisors, therapists, and external partners to support client progress. Requires CPI/POSC certification, valid driver's license, and ability to respond to emergencies. 2nd shift (2 PM–10 PM or 3 PM–11 PM weekdays; every other weekend 12–14 hr shifts) at $20.50/hr weekdays and $22.50/hr weekends. Part of a multidisciplinary team helping youth recover and reintegrate into the community.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience working with high-risk adolescents in residential, school, or community settings
  • Experience in crisis management and behavioral support planning
  • CPI/POSC certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to respond to emergencies and, if necessary, assist in physical restraint
