Job Summary
As our Care Adviser, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role supporting Care Coordinators by executing care-related tasks with precision and efficiency. You will conduct thorough research, complete tasks, and deliver high-quality results to support members’ caregiving needs. You’ll leverage Wellthy’s Care Network and tools, collaborate closely with Care Coordinators and Care Managers, communicate progress and barriers, ensure tasks meet quality standards, contribute to internal resources, and engage in professional development with opportunities for specialization in areas such as medical, mental health, and logistics. The role includes training, remote work, and collaborative duties across multiple focus areas, with a strong emphasis on research, problem-solving, and turning insights into actionable care solutions. Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (macOS, Zoom, GSuite, Slack, 1Password) and a willingness to learn emerging technologies (e.g., AI) are valuable, along with the ability to work in a private, distraction-free home environment and maintain secure handling of sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or Higher
- 3+ years work experience in Health Care, Caregiving field, as well as customer service or administrative experience.
