Job Summary
Develop and enhance card products in alignment with the bank's strategy while preparing periodic reports on newly issued cards, activation rates, and spending volumes. Analyze product performance to identify improvement opportunities and coordinate with the Call Center and Marketing Department to launch activation campaigns and promotional offers. Collaborate with the IT Department to resolve technical issues related to card issuance or activation and ensure compliance with payment network requirements such as Visa. Improve card issuance and activation processes to enhance customer experience and submit analytical reports to direct management with operational observations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in the banking sector or in card product management
- Knowledge of card systems and card issuance/activation procedures
