Cards Fulfillment Officer

Manage end-to-end card fulfilment from request to customer delivery, coordinating personalization with processors and bureaus. Ensure timely printing, packaging, and dispatch of debit and credit cards while maintaining accurate inventory records for blanks and packaging materials. Liaise with vendors, couriers, and partners to track deliveries and resolve issues regarding delayed or lost cards. Monitor service level agreements, reconcile inventory regularly, and investigate discrepancies to prevent stockouts. Ensure all card handling complies with PCI DSS and internal security policies while safeguarding sensitive customer information. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency across the fulfilment workflow.
