Cards and Payment Systems Senior Associate

Job Summary
Monitor and support the operation of cards and payments systems and related banking applications. Ensure system availability, stability, and performance 24/7. Investigate and resolve issues related to failed or pending transactions and transfers. Perform routine system checks, monitoring, and maintenance activities. Handle incidents and service requests from branches and departments within defined SLAs. Coordinate with development, infrastructure, cybersecurity teams, and external vendors. Participate in projects related to cards, payments, and AML systems. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Document issues and resolutions in ticketing systems (e.g., Jira). Support UAT testing for system updates and new services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role
