Job Summary
Navigate and resolve account challenges by crafting personalized solutions that link customers to Novartis resources, building strategic territory plans that drive product demand and support patient outcomes. Partner proactively with field and home-office teams to address complex customer needs through collaborative problem-solving, omni-channel engagement, and real-time access support via Patient Specialty Services. Use market data and trends to uncover local insights, facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders, and deliver tailored experiences that improve patient outcomes across both virtual and in-person settings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required from 4-year college or university
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years
- Proven track-record of consistent high-performance
- Well-versed in navigating and successfully selling to large accounts and key customers
- Self-starter with analytic abilities to seek out, prioritize, and apply relevant information to solve problems to meet the needs of key customers
- Demonstrating ethical leadership and ability to foster environment that promotes ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and laws
- Reside within territory, or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border
- Ability to travel 60-80% over a broad geography
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Fully valid and unrestricted driver's license

- Demonstrated proven leadership experience in student sports, fraternities, clubs, activities, and other extracurricular activities
