Job Summary
Cardiovascular Technologist Training Specialist — Adjunct team member responsible for designing and delivering cardiovascular training curricula for call center roles and healthcare settings. Responsibilities include onboarding new team members, designing blended learning materials (presentations, simulations, role-plays, e-learning, videos), managing ongoing training needs, measuring outcomes, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, and providing coaching and feedback to directors and managers. Must hold RCIS certification and have at least 5 years of cardiovascular technologist experience. Remote work is available; role may require evenings/weekends. Anticipated starting rate: $400–$1,200 per week based on assignment; located within commuting distance to participating hospitals/clinics.
