Job Summary
Monitor diagnostic and interventional coronary and peripheral catheterization studies, ensure safe patient care, and serve as a scrub assistant in the Cath Lab under the director's direction. Perform all procedural monitoring tasks while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols. Requires an Associate's Degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, or Respiratory Therapy, or five years of experience with RCIS or RCES certification. Must hold a valid Florida Radiologic Technologist or Respiratory Therapist license with ARRT certification, plus BLS and ACLS. Fluency in English is mandatory. Full-time employment with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, or Respiratory Therapy
- minimum of five (5) years's experience
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Certification
- Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) Certification
- FL Certified Radiologic Technologist license
- valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification
- FL Registered Respiratory Therapist license
- BLS
- ACLS
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
