Job Summary
Cardiovascular Tech RCIS PRN assists with invasive cardiovascular procedures in the cath lab under supervision, providing scrub tech, circulator, and monitor tech support; prepares and operates imaging equipment, interprets basic/advanced dysrhythmia and EKGs, assists with patient transport and lab readiness, and supports inventory and medication knowledge; requires RCIS or ARRT/TX RT(R), AHA ACLS, and college degree in science or healthcare experience; hospital noting recognitions and Midlothian, TX location.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in science emphasis or commensurate healthcare experience
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardio Life Support certification
- RCIS certified within six months of date of hire OR ARRT and TX RT(R) required in lieu of RCIS
- Cath or Interventional Radiology experience strongly preferred
