Job Summary
Prepare equipment and rooms for cardiac imaging procedures per physician direction, then review procedure orders to secure necessary supplies. Inspect all equipment and instruments for proper working condition, set up procedure trays, and input data into imaging modality systems. Clean procedure rooms and machinery post-procedure to facilitate turnover, maintaining adherence to established protocols and department standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of Radiological Technology
- One year of recent related work experience
- Graduation from an accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology
- One year of work experience in the core level of the job
- Basic Life Support - CPR
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
- Registered Cardiac Sonographer CCI
- Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification: WA
- Medical Radiographer: WA
- Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT
