Job Summary
Senior CardioVascular Surgery sales role in San Francisco focused on growing market share in Heart Valve, Cardiac Ablation and Revascularization therapies. Responsible for leading quarterly revenue/units in the assigned territory, planning and executing a strategic sales plan, forecasting with customer commitments, identifying and closing new and existing opportunities, maintaining product expertise, coordinating interdepartmental feedback (R&D, Operations, Marketing), and delivering customer education on safe, effective product use. Requires extensive travel to customer clinics and hospitals; travel expectations include weekends/evenings as needed. U.S. work authorization sponsorship is offered at Principal-level roles and above. For compensation, base salary listed with potential incentive plan, plus comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience in relevant sales, clinical, or related areas
- Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- Senior Representative level in another Medtronic Field Business (preferred)
