Job Summary
Senior Cardiovascular Surgery Sr. Sales Rep responsible for establishing and executing a strategic sales plan to gain market share in Heart Valve, Cardiac Ablation, and Revascularization therapies within an assigned territory. Drive quarterly revenue and unit goals, develop detailed forecasts with customer commitments, identify and close new and existing customers, and provide feedback to R&D/Operations/Marketing. Maintain expert knowledge of CardioVascular Surgery Therapies products, train customers on safe and effective use, manage territory budget and inventory, and coordinate cross-functional activities to grow business with surgeons and hospitals. Frequent travel to customer sites is required; role emphasizes high-levels of communication, forecasting, account planning, and relationship-building with healthcare providers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree with 6+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years experience in relevant sales, clinical, or related field in medical devices/medtech/healthcare/life sciences
